This web site, from Justin Elementary, is dedicated to science fair projects. The site consists of a 25-page Power Point presentation for teachers on the steps to creating a successful science fair project, a list of links to other sites that cover science activities and science fair projects, some presentations from Justin Elementary students, and the timeline used to create last year’s science fair projects. (8/2004)
This site has separate sections for students, parents, and teachers. In the teacher portion of the site there are links to many sites that cover sample science fair projects and other student activities. The parent part of the web site describes the role of parents in working with their child on his/her project. The student section provides a step-by-step guide to help students create their science fair project from setting up a timeline, to rehearsing and presenting the final project. (8/2004)

Chemistry Teacher Connection
The "Chemistry Teacher Connection" (CTC) is especially for high school chemistry teachers. For only $40/year, it offers an online-only subscription to CLIC along with membership in the Division of Chemical Education, normally $65/year. CTC subscribers receive access to all articles and supplements from 1996 through the current issue.
Through special arrangement with the ACS, JCE High School CLIC is now able to provide subscribers with online access to Chemical & Engineering News articles that have been selected specifically for secondary science instructors and their students.
Occasionally, collections of JCE back issues become available for donation to individual teachers, schools, or libraries. JCE matches collections with interested recipients. Recipients pay shipping costs or pick up the collection.
