Narrative

Reading the meniscus of darker liquids can present additional difficulty. In some cases, the bottom of the meniscus can be seen by increasing the lighting behind the buret. But in general the reading can be taken at the top of the liquid level. The readings should still be taken at eye level and should still be taken consistently.
