How is ChemPages Laboratory used?

  1. Students go to an assigned module and work thorough it. (See the abstract for a list of modules.)
  2. There are many still images so that students can become familiar with laboratory apparatus and procedures.
  3. There is video to show each procedure with audio narration to explain the manipulation. Students can repeat a video as often as needed.
  4. Important points are check by a Self Test in which the student is presented with a question and clicks to obtain the answer.
