Quality of Video
This CD-ROM was developed using video optimized for display with 256 colors. Viewing with thousands or millions of colors (Mac OS) or 16- or 24-bit color (Windows) will not improve the quality of the image significantly.
QuickTime for Windows
Windows users who have already installed QuickTime 4 or higher will find that the QuickTime movies will not load and be displayed by the Proton NMR Basics Application. In order to view the movies, you must install and use the older version of QuickTime included the CD-ROM.
