General Troubleshooting

Problem	Cause	Solution
When using Internet Explorer 5.5 SP 2 or later under Windows, QuickTime movies do not load properly.	Internet Explorer 5.5 SP 2 and later versions no longer support Netscape-type plug-ins such as QuickTime and now require an ActiveX control.	Download and install the ActiveX version of the QuickTime plug-in from Apple Computer. More information about the problem is available http://developer.apple.com/quicktime/.

Volume 5
The chemical reaction graphic in the discussion of Addition of Bisulfite to Cyclohexanone (listed under Aldehydes and Keytones) is incorrect. The corrected reaction can be viewed online here.
