General Troubleshooting

Problem	Cause	Solution
When using Internet Explorer 5.5 SP 2 or later under Windows, QuickTime movies do not load properly.	Internet Explorer 5.5 SP 2 and later versions no longer support Netscape-type plug-ins such as QuickTime and now require an ActiveX control.	Solution: Download and install the ActiveX version of the QuickTime plug-in from Apple Computer. More information about the problem is available http://developer.apple.com/quicktime/.

All other known problems are addressed in the Technical Notes page which is included on the ChemPages Laboratory CD-ROM. If you encounter other problems, contact JCE Software for technical support.
