What Interests Introductory Chemistry Students? A Mid-Term "Energizer"

Abstract
In order to energize my first-year students, I held a class to which the students brought chemistry-related questions, to be answered by a team of chemists. The session proved to be very interesting, rejuvenating the students' enthusiasm for the class and providing me with useful insight into their interests.
