Abstract
This article presents a synopsis of a seminar given by chemistry department faculty to undergraduate students interested in attending graduate school. One of the purposes of the seminar is to dispel misconceptions held by undergraduate students about graduate school. We also provide students with a list of questions concerning which graduate school to attend and which research group to join. We do not assume that we know all of the right answers; instead our objective here is to provide students with a list of questions that will help students make an informed decision.
