Abstract
A second semester class in General Chemistry used a student Quality Circle to suggest methods to improve instruction in chemical equilibrium in solution. Composition and procedures for the Circle are described. This Quality Circle prepared and evaluated a flow-chart used by students to solve assigned equilibrium problems. This study utilized control and experimental groups and provides both qualitative and quantitative assessment.
