Reducible Representation for Linear Molecules

Abstract
Simple methods are described that permit the ready writing of reducible representations for systems described by the point groups Dinfiniteh and Cinfinitev. Examples of applying the methods are given to problems in vibrational and electronic spectroscopy as well as bonding theory.
