The Journal of Chemical Education on CD-ROM contains the text and graphics for all the articles, features, and reviews published in the Journal of Chemical Education. This 1997 issue of the series includes all twelve issues of 1997 and the SeptemberÐDecember issues of 1996. Future CDs in this series will be published at the beginning of each year. Each will contain all of the issues printed during the preceding year.
Journal of Chemical Education on CD-ROM is formatted so that all figures and tables in articles printed from the CD retain as much as possible of their original appearance. Each article starts at the top of the page for improved appearance both on screen and in print. All pages of the Journal that contain editorial content, including the front covers, tables of contents, letters, and reviews, are included. Also included are abstracts (when available) and keywords for all articles and supplementary materials currently available only through JCE Online. Where available, color graphics have been substituted for the black and white or grayscale versions that were used in the printed Journal.
