In this Activity, stoichiometry is presented using everyday objects. Lego building blocks are used to explore the relationship between mass and number. Students discover and develop the concepts of limiting reagents and reactants in excess. By providing an introduction to these concepts in a concrete manner, student comprehension can be enhanced.
