**Orders from individuals must be prepaid. Business and institutional purchase orders are accepted with the addition of a small fee to cover costs. Payment must be in U.S. funds on a U.S. bank by magnetically encoded check, credit card, or international money order payable to JCE Software. There is a $30 charge for returned checks. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
