If Your JCE Software Order is Damaged in Shipping...

If the media or the printed materials you receive from JCE Software not usable, Follow these steps to insure that the damaged matter is replaced at no cost:

1. Save all packing materials, including damaged carton or envelope for inspection by the shipping agent.

2. Identify the shipping agent and take the necessary action described below.

We appreciate your cooperation. We assure you that carrying out these steps will get you replacement materials as quickly as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the JCE Software office.


DHL Worldwide Express
Contact the nearest DHL Worldwide Express office IMMEDIATELY (consult your telephone directory). They will contact JCE Software and make arrangements for replacing the damaged materials.


Federal Express
Call Federal Express IMMEDIATELY at 1-800-463-3339. They will contact JCE Software and make arrangements for replacing the damaged materials.


RPS (Roadway Package System)
Call RPS IMMEDIATELY at 1-800-762-3725. RPS will contact JCE Software and will make arrangements for replacing the damaged materials.


UPS (United Parcel Service)
Call JCE Softwaree IMMEDIATELY at 608-262-5153 or 1-800-991-5534. We will have UPS pick up the damaged package and make arrangements for replacing the damaged materials.


US Postal Service
Contact your local post office IMMEDIATELY. Have your local postal agent complete a Damaged Mail Report. Return the damaged package--with the Damaged Mail Report--to us at:
