What are my subscription options?
The Journal of Chemical Education offers subscriptions to individuals and subscriptions to institutions/libraries. Subscriptions include our print Journal, a monthly publication that arrives in your mailbox or your department/institution library, and complete access to all areas of JCE Online, our WWW site.

Access to subscriber-only resources at JCE Online is granted to individual subscribers using name/password authentication. We encourage our institutional and library subscribers to take advantage of our IP-number access to JCE Online. This options provides convenient access to restricted resources at JCE Online without the need for names and passwords.
 
What is the cost?
Our subscription rates vary by type, individual or libraries/institutions, and location, inside U.S or outside U.S. The rates for these categories are available using the links below.

Do I need to be an ACS member to subscribe?
No. Nor do you have to be an affiliate member of the Division of Chemical Education.
 
When will my subscription begin?
Expect your first copy of the print Journal within 3 to 6 weeks after we receive your subscription payment.

Your JCE Online account will be available within about one to two weeks after we receive your payment. If you need access before your account is active, we have a guest account available for your temporary use (contact the JCE Subscription Department).

What do I get on JCE CD?
Our JCE CD page can tell you.
 
Can I still order last year's JCE CD?
Yes. Contact JCE Software.
 
How do I order a subscription?

You can order new or renewal subscriptions safely, securely, and conveniently from the JCE Online store. Alternatively,send your subscription request to the JCE Subscription Department. Credit card orders are accepted. If you are ordering by credit card feel free to use our toll-free number or FAX your subscription order form. Otherwise, mail your payment with your order form.

For our Institutional and Library subscribers only, we recommend the convenience of access to JCE Online via IP number authentication. Eliminate the hassle of administration and remembering of names and passwords for you and your patrons. Provide your patrons with direct access to JCE Online from their PCs.
