Abstract
The use of qualitative graphs of Gibbs energy versus temperature is described in the context of chemical demonstrations involving phase changes and colligative properties at the general chemistry level.
Supplement
Further insights on the supercooling demonstration as well several additional demonstrations and G–T graphs associated with vapor pressure, sublimation, triple points, and solubility equilibria for solid and gaseous solutes.
